"In Memoriam" is a way to acknowledge the bond forged between pets and their humans, by a photo and either a short poem or a story, to celebrate the pets who have touched our lives. If you are interested in placing an In Memoriam for your pet on the website, please take the following steps:

• Send a story or a poem which will be the wording for In Memoriam page. You can either send it by email (vettrust@murdoch.edu.au) or by post (Murdoch University Veterinary Trust, Murdoch Drive, Murdoch WA 6150)
• Send one or two photos of your pet.  Photos can be sent by email attachment (each photo as a JPEG or GIF.  Alternatively, post the photographs to our address, we will return the photos when the In Memoriam has been posted.
• As soon as the In Memoriam has been posted, we will contact you either by post or email with the link to your pets page, if there is something you would like changed this is not a problem.  This webpage can be circulated to friends and family as a way to share your memories of your pet.
